 She looks thin and slight, but in actual fact she's as tough as they come, having spent her life touring the world. After leaving her job as hostess for Alitalia, she's tried a bit of everything: climbing, mountaineering and even paragliding. Today, after numerous adventures, she has succeeded in achieving her aim: to open a B&B to have fun making delicious treats for her guests, and not just at breakfast. Tasting is believing...

Sergio
 He has made many people's dream into a job and, after learning to fly in the Italian air force, ended his career captaining Boeing 747s. Nevertheless his passion for flight still burns and when he isn't soaring across the skies in a Piper, he enjoys paragliding. Nowadays, his job at the B&B involves coordinating all the recreational activities: paragliding in pairs, horse riding excursions, cycling trips, walking in the mountains and pleasure flights.

 Officially Scott, but Scotty for his friends, he is a splendid golden retriever. Friendly and playful, he’s a real beauty and, to tell the truth, he seems to prefer the guests to his owners.
